MEET YOUR CAPTAIN, CODY SPETZ
I am Branson Fishing Guide, Cody Spetz, a California construction worker turned professional fisherman. In January 2023, my wife and I moved to Hollister Missouri to pursue my dream of fishing for a living. I now am a full time local fishing guide, serving the Branson/Hollister areas as well as a national touring professional bass fisherman on the Major League Fishing (MLF) invitational circuit.
In 2023, I fished two MLF circuits; the Tackle Warehouse Invitationals and the Toyota Series. My rookie season on the invitationals was definitely one to remember. I finished 20th overall in the angler of the year standings. For the Toyota Series, I finished 3rd overall in the angler of the year standings and was able to cash a check in each event.

Major League Fishing Pro Circuit (2023):
– 5th place finish Lake Eufala
– 16th place finish Potomac River
– 20th place finish in 2023 points standings (200 anglers)
Bass Pro Shops Tournament Trail:
